Order Changes/Cancellations

All cancellations and changes within an order must be done within 72 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we're no longer able to cancel or change your order. We work hard to get your orders out as soon as possible!

Shipping

Rayco Mercantile is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and usually arrive between 2-5 business days. Domestic orders do not include shipping insurance. Please contact the Mercantile to add insurance to your order.

International Orders: All International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Orders usually arrive within 1-3 weeks, however International packages can take longer in some cases, depending on the country. Please note that the USPS does not provide tracking information once a package has left the United States. You will receive tracking information within the USA and once it arrives at its destination, but nothing in between. 

Returns/Exchanges

We do accept returns or exchanges. You many contact us via mercantile@raycodesign.co if you're unsatisfied with your purchase or an item does not fit. We do not cover the cost of return shipping nor refund original shipping costs for any return, however, if you need to an exchange an item for a different size or color we can work with you.

Liability

Rayco Mercantile is not to be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to; defect in material or workmanship, misuse or improper use of products, accident or death regardless of the cause, negligent or faulty design. Any performance specifications are believed to be true, but are not verified. The consumer shall not rely on any data and performance provided by Rayco Mercantile. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any products, to test and verify before use.
